Which version do you need?
The H500-VF, H800-VF, H1500-VF and H3000-VF share the same body, deck and navigation and differ in battery and rated area. 'VF' means the VisionFence camera is fitted.
How it navigates and sets up
The H Series (now called H1) was Segway Navimow's first product, launched in 2022. It uses RTK positioning from its own satellite aerial, which you install near the dock, combined with visual-inertial odometry and, on the VF models, a wide-angle camera for obstacle detection. There's no wire, but the aerial needs a spot with a clear view of the sky, and RTK accuracy drops under dense trees or next to tall buildings. Our navigation guide explains why.
It is rear-wheel drive and rated for 45% slopes, falling to 10% at the boundary according to Navimow's spec page.
Cutting
A three-blade disc cuts a 210 mm strip, with height set from the app between 30 mm and 60 mm. That minimum is higher than most current mowers, so it isn't for very short lawns. Navimow quotes 54 dB(A), quiet by robot-mower standards, though it doesn't say how that was measured.
App, connectivity and security
The Navimow app handles mapping and schedules, and a rain sensor pauses mowing in the wet. A PIN lock is standard and it works with Alexa and Google Home. Navimow's spec page doesn't let us match 4G details to individual models, so check with the seller whether a unit has 4G tracking.
Running costs, warranty and support
Navimow's current UK policy gives 3 years on the mower and two years on the battery, counted from the original purchase. Blades are wear parts.
Should you still buy one?
Only cheaply, and only for an open lawn. The original RRP was £1,399–£2,699. The Segway Navimow H2 Series, from £1,499, removes the aerial and adds LiDAR, while the Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR covers similar lawn sizes for less. A used H Series makes sense if the price is low, the aerial and dock are included, and the battery has been looked after.

Is the Navimow H Series discontinued?
Yes, in the UK. All four models are unavailable on Navimow's store and the H Series menu now shows only the H2.
What does the H2 change?
It drops the aerial in favour of network RTK over 4G, adds LiDAR and a bumper, cuts wider with six blades and goes down to 20 mm. The H Series is quieter on paper.
Is the H Series still supported?
Navimow still has H1 support pages and its current UK policy gives three years on the mower and two on the battery from purchase. Terms at the original sale may have differed.
