Segway Navimow UK supportOverview
Segway Navimow is Segway's robot mower brand. Its UK site, uk.navimow.com, sells some models directly, while the larger models go through dealers and retailers. Its first wire-free mower, the H1, launched in 2022.
Every Navimow is wire-free, and the whole range was renewed in 2026. The newest models drop the RTK aerial the earlier ones needed, using network RTK corrections over 4G, a LiDAR scanner, or both, with a camera for obstacles. That means nothing to install in the garden beyond the charging station.
The range explained
- i2 range (small to medium lawns, sold online): three separate lines under one name. The Segway Navimow i2 AWD uses network RTK with a camera and all-wheel drive. The Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR uses LiDAR and a camera, with no RTK, and is two-wheel drive. The Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro combines network RTK, LiDAR and a camera with all-wheel drive and a 55% slope rating.
- Segway Navimow H2 Series (dealer only): a mid-range line from 600 to 3,000 m², with LiDAR, network RTK, a camera and full edge cutting, but two-wheel drive.
- Segway Navimow X4 Series (dealers and retailers): the flagship for 2,000 to 5,000 m², with four-wheel drive, a 430 mm twin-disc deck and a slope rating of 84%.
- Segway Navimow i Series (i1): the original i105E and i108E. Still listed but sold out when we checked, and they need an RTK aerial.
The H1 and X3 have been replaced by the H2 and X4.
Which Segway Navimow should I buy?
- Small, open lawn with good mobile signal: the Segway Navimow i2 AWD, from £799. It depends on 4G network RTK and has no LiDAR, so it's not the one for gardens enclosed by tall trees.
- Enclosed garden with trees, fences and buildings: the Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR. LiDAR needs fixed features to see, so it's less suited to wide, open lawns, and two-wheel drive limits it to 45% slopes.
- Mixed garden with slopes: the Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro. The i220 Pro is the better balanced of the two sizes, given the i210 Pro's short run time.
- Medium to large lawn, with a dealer to set it up: the Segway Navimow H2 Series. Choose a rated area comfortably above your lawn size.
- Large or steep lawn: the Segway Navimow X4 Series, from £2,199. It's very heavy and Navimow quotes 68 dB(A), so it's not a quiet choice.
Who shouldn't buy a Navimow? If your lawn is deeply shaded and you'd rather not rely on satellite or 4G, or you want a battery warranty longer than two years, consider a wired mower from Husqvarna or Honda.
Tech and app
Navimow's obstacle system is called VisionFence: a wide-angle camera on the i2 AWD, a camera plus LiDAR on the i2 LiDAR, LiDAR Pro and H2, and 360° cameras plus a depth sensor on the X4. Everything is managed in the Navimow app, including mapping, zones, no-go areas and schedules. The 2026 i2 models manage up to 20 zones, while the X4 manages up to 120.
The 2026 models all have built-in 4G with 12 months of data included. After that, renewal is paid. On network RTK models, 4G also carries the positioning corrections, so check the renewal cost. Our network RTK and 4G guide explains what to expect.
UK warranty, servicing and support
Navimow's warranty is three years on the mower and charging station but two years on the battery and power adaptor, and blades aren't covered. A paid one-year extension, which excludes the battery, is available and included in "Complete Care" bundles.
Support for online purchases is through Navimow's UK site. For the H2 and X4, the authorised dealer that sold the mower is the first point of contact and can help with set-up.

Should I choose the Automower 310E NERA or a Navimow i2 LiDAR for a mid-sized lawn?
It depends mainly on your garden's sky view and how much you want to spend. The Husqvarna Automower 310E NERA steers by satellite RTK with corrections over Wi-Fi, so it suits open lawns. The Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR uses LiDAR with a camera and no RTK, which Segway pitches at enclosed gardens with trees and buildings.
On paper the Navimow is rated for steeper slopes (45% against 30%), has built-in 4G and a longer 3 years warranty, and costs less, from £999. The Husqvarna answers with its EdgeCut disc, a UK dealer network for installation and servicing, and the option of a boundary wire where satellite signal is poor. It costs from £1,949.

Do Segway Navimow mowers need a boundary wire?
No. All Navimow mowers are wire-free. The older H1, i1 and X3 used an RTK aerial in the garden; the 2026 i2, H2 and X4 models don't need one, using network RTK over 4G, LiDAR, or both.
What's the difference between the i2 AWD, i2 LiDAR and i2 LiDAR Pro?
The i2 AWD uses network RTK plus a camera and suits open lawns with good mobile signal. The i2 LiDAR navigates by LiDAR without RTK, which suits enclosed gardens with trees and walls. The LiDAR Pro combines both with all-wheel drive and a higher slope rating.
How long is the Navimow warranty?
Three years on the mower and charging station, and two years on the battery and power adaptor. Blades aren't covered. Navimow sells a one-year paid extension that doesn't cover the battery.
Is there a Navimow subscription?
Not to mow. The 2026 models include 12 months of 4G data. After that, a paid renewal keeps remote features and, on network RTK models, the RTK corrections that come over 4G. Check the renewal price before you buy.
Where can I buy the Navimow X4 and H2?
Through authorised dealers and retailers. Navimow's UK store lists them but doesn't sell them directly, so prices vary by seller.
