Which version do you need?
Two sizes share the same navigation, drive and deck. The i220 Pro has more than twice the i210 Pro's rated run time and double its area, for a moderate price step. Given the i210 Pro's short run time, the i220 is the better-balanced choice unless your lawn is well under 1,000 m².
How it navigates and sets up
The i2 LiDAR Pro uses all three of Segway Navimow's navigation sources: a solid-state LiDAR sensor, network RTK corrections over the built-in 4G connection, and a wide-angle camera. Navimow calls this tri-fusion. In practice that means RTK handles open areas with a clear sky, LiDAR takes over near walls, hedges and trees, and the camera watches for obstacles. It is the most flexible navigation in the i2 range, and there's still no wire or aerial to install.
Here's how the three i2 models split:
- Segway Navimow i2 AWD: network RTK and camera, all-wheel drive, 180 mm cut, manual height.
- Segway Navimow i2 LiDAR: LiDAR and camera (no RTK), two-wheel drive, 220 mm cut, app height.
- i2 LiDAR Pro: LiDAR, network RTK and camera, all-wheel drive, 220 mm cut, app height.
All-wheel drive comes from a driven third wheel that also steers. Navimow rates it for 55% slopes and 40 mm obstacles. See our slopes guide for what that means in degrees.
Cutting
A six-blade disc cuts 220 mm, with height set from the app between 20 mm and 70 mm. An edge mode lets it ride along a flat border, but Navimow makes no zero-edge claim. Rated run time is 75 min–180 min, and noise is quoted at 59 dB(A) without cutting.
App, connectivity and security
The app handles up to 20 zones and schedules. 4G is built in with 12 months of data, and security includes a PIN, GPS tracking and lift and out-of-boundary alarms. Navimow doesn't list a rain sensor.
Running costs, warranty and support
The mower is covered for 3 years, the battery for two years, with a paid one-year extension available. 4G data needs a paid renewal after year one for remote features. Prices start from £1,199.

i2 LiDAR Pro or i2 LiDAR: what do you get for the extra?
Network RTK on top of LiDAR and the camera, so it copes with open lawns as well as enclosed ones, and all-wheel drive, raising the slope rating from 45% to 55%. Cut width, height range and zones are the same.
i2 LiDAR Pro or i2 AWD?
The i2 AWD has network RTK and a camera but no LiDAR, a narrower 180 mm cut and manual height adjustment. The Pro adds LiDAR, a wider cut, app-set height and a higher slope rating, and covers bigger lawns.
Does it need an RTK antenna?
No. RTK corrections arrive over the built-in 4G connection, and LiDAR keeps it positioned where satellite or mobile signal is weak.
Is there a subscription?
Not to mow. Navimow includes network RTK access; a year of 4G data is included and remote features need a paid renewal after that.
