Which version do you need?
The UK gets two sizes, the X420 and X450. They share the deck, drive and navigation; the X450 has a larger battery, longer run time and a much bigger rated area for a modest price step. Navimow sells a mid-sized X430 elsewhere in Europe, but not in the UK.
How it navigates and sets up
The X4 needs no wire and, in most gardens, no aerial. It combines network RTK corrections received over its built-in 4G connection with three cameras giving all-round vision and a time-of-flight depth sensor. RTK gives precise positioning in the open; the cameras keep it on track near trees and buildings and spot obstacles. Navimow also puts a physical RTK aerial in the box for gardens where mobile signal is weak. Unlike the Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD, it has no LiDAR. Our network RTK guide covers what to check before buying.
Four-wheel drive with zero-turn front steering gives it an 84% slope rating and the ability to climb obstacles up to 70 mm. The trade-off is weight: 28.8 kg–29.2 kg.
Cutting
Two floating discs carrying twelve blades cut a 430 mm strip. Height is set from the app between 20 mm and 95 mm, a wider range than most rivals, and an edge mode rides along borders. Rated run time is 90 min–130 min. Navimow quotes 68 dB(A), measured without cutting.
App, connectivity and security

Running costs, warranty and support
The mower and charging station are covered for 3 years, the battery for two years. After the first year, 4G for remote features is a paid renewal. Because the X4 is sold through dealers, you may get local set-up help, but prices can differ from the RRP of £2,199–£2,799. Current prices start from £2,199.

Does the Navimow X4 need an RTK aerial?
No. It uses network RTK over its built-in 4G, backed up by three cameras giving 360° vision. Navimow includes a physical aerial in the box as an option for gardens with poor mobile signal.
How steep a slope can it handle?
Navimow rates it for 84%, about 40 degrees, thanks to four-wheel drive. That figure comes from a test under manual remote control, so leave a margin for automatic mowing and wet grass.
Navimow X4 or Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD?
Both are wire-free, drive all four wheels and cut about 40 cm wide. The X4 has a higher slope rating, higher maximum cutting height and far more zones. The LUBA 3 AWD adds LiDAR, is much lighter and includes three years of 4G data instead of one.
Where can I buy the X4 in the UK?
Through dealers and retailers. Navimow shows RRPs on its UK site but doesn't sell the X4 on its own store.
